Krzysztof Berndt - CEO Graduate of Gdańsk University and Business Center College in Copenhagen.He has been connected with pharmacy for many years. He worked as a manager at Novo Nordisk Pharma, a director and a member of the Management Board at ICN Polfa Rzeszów and a CEE Regional Head at Torrent Pharma LTD. He then set up his own business focusing on counselling services for pharmaceutical companies. His company –BTS Consulting devised and implemented a development program for Polfa Warszawa S.A. for the years 2008-2012. The program was so effective that in 2009 Krzysztof Berndt became the President of the Management Board of Polfa Warszawa S.A. Married, two children (twins). He loves jogging and swimming. |

Krzysztof Pawłowski - Member of the Management Board Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics – Faculty of Finance and Statistics in Warsaw. He has been connected with pharmacy for many years. He worked in the ‘Cefarm’ and ‘Cezal’ Pharmaceutical Centres in Wrocław where he held the position of director to subsequently perform managerial roles. He was the President of the largest Non-Public Health Care Centre in Poland – Miedziowe Centrum Zdrowia (Copper Health Centre) of KGHM S.A. in Lubin. In 2005 he was appointed as the Member of the Supervisory Board of Polfa Warszawa S.A. to later become the Vice-President of the Management Board. Until 2009 he was the President of the Management Board of the Legnica Special Economic Zone. He has extensive experience of the effective management of commercial law companies and companies wholly owned by the State Treasury. In 2009 he was appointed by open competition as a Member of the Management Board of Polfa Warszawa S.A. In his free time he loves tennis, swimming, cycling, and forest hiking. He has three children. |

Piotr Stelmach - Member of the Management Board Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology – Faculty of Chemistry. For 30 years he has been connected with the Polfa Warsaw Pharmaceutical Works where he started his employment as a specialist in the Research and Implementation Institute immediately after graduating from the university. From 2003 to February 2010 he was the Member of the Supervisory Board elected by the staff of the Company. In the period from 6 November 2009 to 5 February 2010 he held the position of a temporary Member of the Management Board and after election he was appointed by the Supervisory Board as the Member of the Management Board representing employees. His professional achievements include several patents, unique technologies and awards. Interested in: philosophy, music, good books and amateur sports. Married, two children. |

Krzysztof Rabiański - Member of the Management Board Graduate of Wrocław University of Economics and Warsaw School of Economics. He has an extensive track record in finance management at the corporate level both in Poland and abroad. He started his professional career in PepsiCo Foods as a financial controller. During 1999-2003 he worked at Pilkington Group as a controller, later being promoted to the position of Financial Director and Member of the Management Board. During this period he was responsible for the conduct of the reorganization process and implementation of ERP system. From 2003 to 2006 he worked within Pilkington Group, where he was promoted to the position of President and Regional Financial Director for Scandinavia. In 2006 he took on the position of Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board of Żywiec Zdrój, a company from the Danone Group. His objective was to support the process of building market share and strong brand in the local market. As the Corporate Financial Director at Polpharma, he is responsible for the economic and finance area and IT. |

Rajmund I. Martyniuk - Member of the Management Board Mr Martyniuk has been associated with the pharmaceutical industry for 16 years. He began his professional career with SmithKline Beecham. From 1999 to 2003 he worked for Pfizer, at first as a Sales Manager and subsequently as a Sales Director. In 2003 joined Astra Zeneca assuming the position of Sales Director; then became Director for Sales Force Efficiency and New Products Development. Since 2006 Mr Martyniuk has been associated with Polpharma. At first holding the position of Sales Director, since 2007 he has been responsible for the division of marketing of Rx medicines. In 2008 he was appointed as the Vice President of the Management Board of Polpharma Trade Office. Mr Martyniuk is responsible for optimization of marketing and sales processes, improvement of their efficiency and effective marketing communication. He participates in the activities of Programme Council of Polish National Sales Awards. In February 2009 “Brief” magazine awarded him the title of “Sales and Marketing Man of the Year”. A medical doctor, graduated from Pomeranian Medical University, has an MBA degree. |

Tomasz Moys - Member of the Management Board Mr Moys graduated from Chemistry Faculty at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and holds an MBA degree jointly awarded by University of Gdańsk, Copenhagen Business School, Universiteit Antwerpen and Fachhochschule fur Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. In 1989 he began his professional career at the then Starogard Pharmaceutical Works Polfa (later Pharmaceutical Works Polpharma SA) as a production foreman. From 1998 to 2001 he managed the Department of Quality Assurance and Control, playing a key role in the process of establishment, launch and validation of the most important manufacturing facility of Polpharma for production of solid medicines. Since 2002 Mr Moys has been the director of the largest operational unit – Pharma. He is responsible for all operations of the unit, including production of solid and parenteral forms, maintenance, quality control, planning and budgeting. |
